Mother Nature outdid herself with the grain figure on this bowl. A very unusual pattern occurs around the rim, which provides an attractive accent to the piece. To accentuate it further, I added 2 incisions on the rim itself.
While I regard this as a decorative piece, it can also hold dry items like keys, remote controls, knickknacks, and snacks like nuts or candy. Hey, everything is good for holding candy!
