Made from Black Walnut, this cheese board had a void that meandered down one side. I used it to advantage by highlighting the rich chocolate browns with turquoise infill. I think it causes all the colors to pop.
The board is complemented with a cheese knife, just the thing for spreading soft cheeses. The knife is also made from black walnut.
The board measures approximately 12-1/4” by 8-1/2” by 3/8” thick. The knife is about 8-1/2” long with the widest point of the blade at 1-3/4”
I recommend that you only cut on the board with the black walnut knife in order to protect the infill.
To clean, simply wash by hand with soap and water and dry by hand.
