All wood toy car
Old-fashioned all wood toy car.
So, my 2-year-old grandson Peter loves toy cars and trucks. I therefore made a bunch of them from pieces of wood I had lying around. This resulted in them being similar but different depending on the species of wood, the thickness of the board, etc. I sent Peter several, and this car is one of the "bunch" that I kept to sell to benefit charity.
The cars are made only of wood, glue, paint, and food safe finish. It was inspired by heirloom toys made before the age of plastics.
It rolls easily and has no sharp edges. The cabin window allows the child to easily carry it. My grandson occasionally tries to put the dog's tail through the window, but. depending on your dog's patience level, I don't recommend it.
I have a few others similar to this, so if you want different colored wheels, let me know and I will see if I have them.
With reasonable care, this toy could your child's heirloom.
